A fellow inmate at Kroonstad Correctional Centre has revealed details about Dr. Nandipha Magudumana's relationship with Thabo Bester.
According to the cellmate, the final straw was not the escape, the corpse-smuggling, or the massive fraud scheme — but Bester's apparent interest in grooming a new woman.
"She was fine with everything else," the source said. "But the moment she heard he was trying to con someone else, that's when she drew the line."
The Department of Correctional Services has not commented on the report.
