A fellow inmate at Kroonstad Correctional Centre recently lost a family member.

According to prison sources, Dr. Nandipha Magudumana approached the grieving woman to offer comfort.

"She held her hand and said, 'I'm so sorry for your loss... I might have something, if you're willing to listen,'" the source said.

The inmate reportedly declined. No further details were shared.
